A little bit about me..

I pride myself on being an orchestrator of potential and a catalyst for growth. My passion lies with nurturing talent to transform aspirations into tangible achievements. With over 10 years of experience in the training and talent development world, I can safely say this is what I was meant to do with my life. Witnessing someone learning a new skill, achieving that big promotion, or successfully transitioning into a leadership role, is nothing short of magical.

Good Manufacturing Practices E-Learning

This is a screen recording of what it would look like to go through the e-learning as a learner (the sound is being recorded through the speakers, so it definitely sounds better in person). I built this course for a pharmaceutical CDMO on Good Manufacturing Practices. The concept is comparing "good manufacturing practices" to baking cookies with grandma. This comparison applies the adult learning principle that adults draw from their previous experiences. In collaboration with SMEs, I was able to design and build this training in Articulate Storyline. I wrote the script, and I also participated in the audio recording.

Drag and Drop Interaction

This is an example of a knowledge check created using Articulate Storyline. The technique used here is "Drag and Drop". This is another example of what the e-learning looks like from the learner perspective.
